As a licensing artist, my role in a product is often just to provide the artwork… and my clients take care of the rest. This always involves some degree of letting go of control, which I feel is an essential key to being a balanced human. Sometimes you get products and you see little things you might have done differently… and sometimes you get products that are such perfection! And I’m so happy to report that THIS collaboration with Spanish brand Miquelrius was one of those. When I opened the box, I immediately understood that there were no compromises when it comes a high level of quality. The planners look and feel amazing and if you’re a tactile person or a designer, you will appreciate all of the details… the colour of the spirals, the colour of the belly band, the quality of the printing, the way the paper feels under your hand. But the absolute cherry on top are the pages of the cutest stickers, made from elements pulled from the artwork. They are perfection! There are 5 different artworks, used in a variety of different formats of planners beginning August 2022 and going all the way through to end of 2023.
